Tourello

The work of Sydney artist Tonee Messiah is the star of the Tourello, which acts as Hotel Vera’s accessible suite.

With a string of awards under her belt as well as several exhibitions to her name, Messiah’s works are held in galleries and private collections nationally and overseas. In 2022, Australian clothing label Gorman also launched a collaborative collection with the artist, her use of bold colours and irregular forms making her work ideal for the project.

The colours in Messiah’s oil on canvas piece Left Side Living perfectly complement the sunset shade that coats the Tourello, instilling a sense of romance and respite through the entire space.

Breakfast at Hotel Vera is a seasonal inspired continental breakfast and is available 7 days a week and is automatically included when you book Friday and Saturday nights (direct bookings made via our website).

It varies from day to day and is determined by what is the most tasty right now. It may include some of our brilliant purveyors  such as Shultz dairy, 1816 bakery’s pastries, Vegas & Rose granola, Turret Bakehouse sourdough toast, Salt Kitchen charcuterie hams and seasonal poached and fresh fruit St Ali coffee.
